Virtual 7.1 surround sound, RGB lighting, and a low price? Impossible a few years ago. Virtual surround sound is now the norm. RGB lighting has now become indispensable for most of the gaming peripherals. With the EKSA E1000, you get both, and that for little money. But is it worth the headset or do you mainly pay for the lighting?

Scope of delivery
In addition to simple packaging, EKSA has also given the E1000 a carrying bag. The headset is in this bag, we are looking in vain for any further accessories. Information material or anything else is not included either.
Design and processing
A striking design is at least certain for the headset apart from the RGB lighting. Silver plastic elements are attached to the ear cups, the attachment of which looks like screws. Except for the RGB elements, the headset is black. The RGB lighting is nothing special in this case. There is a fixed gradient that we cannot adjust either. The stripes are at least continuously and evenly illuminated.
The headset is generally well made. The material used is not really high quality, but well made. A major drawback, however, is the stability. It feels like the EKSA E1000 falls apart when you pick it up, and that’s because of the very flexible headband.
